Intuit repriced QuickBooks Online twice this year — on 1 May and again on 1 August — carrying Plus from $90 to $140 a month (up 55%) and Advanced from $200 to $340 (up 70%), while Simple Start stayed at $38. Xero's own reset landed 1 March 2026 (Early $25, Growing $55, Established $90 a month), and its inventory sits behind Established plus per-transaction charges. The twelve-year columns roll each rival's entry plan forward at 12% a year — less than either actually took in 2026 — whereas the Kantivo figure is simply $299 twelve times over, held there by the price lock.
